Vertical Value Bar

A data symbol displayed as a vertical rectangle in which the height is associated with a data value returned by a query. The vertical value bar is typically used to create bar values along the y-axis of an XY chart.

Valid properties for the Vertical Value Bar object are described in the following table.

Horizontal size of the bar in data units.

Specifies the y-coordinate of the beginning of the bar.

Determines whether the rectangle is filled with the specified fill pattern.

FillColor

Color

Specifies the fill color.

ContrastColor

Color

Specifies the color of the pattern background when TransparentPattern is False.

FillPattern

Enum

Style of the rectangle fill.

TransparentPattern

Boolean

Specifies whether the area in between hatched patterns is filled with the ContrastColor (False) or remains unfilled (True).

LineColor

Color

Color of the rectangle border.

LineWidth

Numeric

Width of the border in points at a zoom level of 100%. A width of 0 represents a single-pixel hairline.

LineStyle

Enum

Style of the rectangle border.
