User-Defined Functions

Visionary implements color maps and color sequences as user-defined functions. Both resource types map numeric expressions to color values.

Colormapn()

Returns a Color value.

Syntax

Colormapn(expr)

Color
The name of the user-defined function for color mapping

expr
Numeric
The expression to be evaluated

ColorSeqn[]

Returns a Color value.

Syntax

ColorSeq1[expr]
