Every recommendation is presented for human review. The DrWatson suggests; the operator applies. Nothing is changed automatically, and each suggestion is annotated with how it would be applied — dynamic (no downtime), restart-required, or operator action — so teams can plan and prioritise change with full visibility into impact and timing.
