qualDesc

points to the qualification descriptor.

If mi_qual_funcid() returns a negative value instead of a valid routine identifier, the qualification function is not registered in the database. The access method might call the qualification function by name from the access-method library or send the function name and arguments to external software. For examples, refer to Using the Function Name.

The return string contains the name of a simple function in the qualification.
