mi_set_large()

The mi_set_large() function sets its argument to a MI_MULTIREP_LARGE value.

Syntax

mi_integer mi_set_large(size)

		mi_integer size; 


size
is an MI_MULTIREP_SIZE value. It is typically a field in the internal representation of a multirepresentational data type.

Usage

After the application calls this function, it should call mi_large_object_expand() to export the MI_MULTIREP_DATA structure that contains the MULTIREP_SIZE value into a smart large object.
