Extended ESQL/C Library Functions

ESQL/C includes the following ESQL/C library functions that provide GLS support.

rdatestr()	dttofmtasc()	rfmtdec()	rupshift()
rstrdate()	dtcvfmtasc()	rfmtdouble()	rdownshift()
rdeffmtdate()		rfmtlong()
rfmtdate()

These functions accommodate features of nondefault locales such as locale-specific dates and times, non-ASCII characters, and locale-specific classification of lowercase and uppercase characters. For more information about these enhancements, see "Enhanced ESQL Library Functions".
