Hiding Scene Tabs in a Published World

After you publish a world, navigational tools such as a navigation toolbar, wormholes, event actions, a viewpoints list, and scene tabs allow the end user to navigate in Visionary Viewer.

You can prevent scenes from appearing in the scene tabs and the viewpoints list in a published world. You might want to do this if scenes require parameters-navigating directly to the scene using a scene tab would not pass the parameter necessary for the scene to display properly.

To prevent scenes from appearing in scene tabs and the viewpoints list

    1. In the Scenes panel, double-click the scene you do not want to appear so that the Scene Editor opens.

    2. Choose View Object Inspector to display the Object Inspector.

    3. In the Object Inspector, select the scene from the list box.

    4. Set the AllowAdhocJumps scene property to False.

After you publish your world, the selected scene does not appear in the scene tabs.

Important: Setting AllowAdhocJumps to False also prevents the selected scene from appearing in the Viewpoints drop-down list in runtime mode and in your published world.
