Fully connected replication topology indicates that all database servers connect to each other and that Enterprise Replication establishes and manages the connections. Replication messages are sent directly from one database server to another. No additional routing is necessary to deliver replication messages. Figure 10 shows a fully connected replication topology. Each database server connects directly to every other database server in the replication environment.
If necessary, you can also add HDR and a backup server to any server to provide high availability. For more information, see High-Availability Replication System.
