Table 5 describes the contents of each section of the ism_chk.pl report. To specify the date and time range for the log information, use the -s and -e options.

Log file list | Lists the full path names of the various logs that contain information about ISM and ON–Bar operations. |

Lists the text from these logs. |
ISM save set report | Lists all the save sets currently in the ISM catalogs. Use the -c option to print this report. |
Bootstrap verification report | Verifies that the dbspaces and logical logs that
are in the ON–Bar bootstrap file are also in the ISM catalog.
Use the -c option to print this report. |
sysutils generated bootstrap | Re-creates the ON–Bar bootstrap file that
is generated from the ON–Bar catalogs.
Use the -c option to print this report. |
onstat -a output | Displays the output of onstat -a that
shows the state of the database server.

network status report | Displays the output of the netstat utility
that reports on network load and resources.
Use the -x option to print this report. |
ISM resource report | Lists the ISM resource file that contains definitions
for storage devices and volumes, and the retention policies for
stored objects.

directory of executables | Lists the contents of the Informix executables
directory.
Use this output to verify the software version. Use the -x option to print this report. |
