-22647 Use of non-SQL descriptors not supported by ESQL/FORTRAN.

This message indicates an IBM Informix ESQL/FORTRAN preprocessor error. In ESQL/FORTRAN, only system descriptor areas that have been allocated with the ALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR statement can be used in a DESCRIBE statement.
