Customer Data
Customer data is processed solely to provide requested functionality and related operational services.
Security
Oninit employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information.
Data Retention
Data may be retained for operational, backup, compliance, legal, and security purposes. Customer Content is generally retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable backup window after termination. Specific retention periods for individual categories of data are documented internally and made available on request.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Oninit websites and customer portals use cookies and similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, remember preferences, secure the Services, and measure usage. Users may control cookies through their browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may degrade functionality.
Third Parties and Subprocessors
Oninit engages third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics) to operate the Services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy. A current list of subprocessors is available on request to privacy@oninit.com.
Children
The Services are not directed to children, and Oninit does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals it knows to be under the age of 16. If Oninit becomes aware that personal information has been collected from such an individual, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Requests may be submitted to privacy@oninit.com. Oninit may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request and may decline requests where permitted by law.
AI Training and Model Improvement
Oninit does not use individually identifiable Customer Content to train foundation or general-purpose AI models. Only aggregated, de-identified signals (such as usage patterns and quality metrics) may be used to improve the Services. Where AI features are offered, inputs and outputs are processed solely to provide the requested functionality unless the Customer has separately opted in to other uses.
Changes to This Policy
Oninit may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect on the date posted, and material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
