Oninit® Legal Center — Overview

This Legal Center governs the use of software products, hosted services, websites, APIs, AI-assisted services, open-core software, customer portals, and related offerings provided by Oninit LLC (“Oninit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). It collects in one place the terms, policies, and addenda that apply when you interact with Oninit infrastructure.

What you will find here

• Terms of Service. The contract between Oninit and customers covering accounts, customer content, fees, term and termination, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
• Privacy Policy. What information Oninit collects, how it is used, security safeguards, retention, cookies, subprocessors, the position on AI training, and user rights.
• Acceptable Use Policy. Activities prohibited on the Oninit Services — illegal content, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, abuse, denial-of-service, and the rest.
• DMCA Policy. Procedure for copyright takedown notices and counter-notices. Designated agent contact information.
• Security Overview. Security principles, incident response, business continuity, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
• Data Processing Addendum. The controller-processor terms that apply when Oninit processes personal data on behalf of customers — security measures, breach notification, audit rights, and international transfers.
• AI Services. How inputs and outputs to AI features are handled, accuracy and human-review expectations, and the position on third-party model providers.
• Contact. Mailing address and the dedicated email addresses for legal, privacy, security, and copyright correspondence.

This Legal Center may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised content with an updated effective date and, where reasonable, by notice through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
