The start_worker.sh shell script file in the etc sub-directory is missing or its execute permission is revoked. The Backup Manager cannot start a worker to process ON-Bar commands because it cannot execute the start_worker.sh file.

Make sure start_worker.sh exists and can be executed by informix or root.
