Cause and resolution

Reasons / Common Causes
-4602 fires when the Application Builder can't locate a named multi-module 4GL program in the program database — per the official guidance, this differs from -4600/-4601/-4603 in that it's a program database lookup rather than a filesystem file lookup.
- The program name was misspelled, per the official guidance — the named cause.
