You cannot associate a user-defined primary access method with a raw (nonlogging) table.
If you want to associate a user-defined primary access method with your table, omit the keyword RAW from the CREATE TABLE statement. If you want a raw table, omit the USING <access_method> clause from the CREATE TABLE statement. </access_method>
