What it means

onpload could not read the mapping definitions it needs for the job (the record map, format and columns) from the onpload database.

Common causes

• The map or format referenced by the job was deleted or changed.
• The onpload database is damaged, or unreachable, or was not upgraded (see 23435).

What to do

• Open the job in ipload or list it with onpladm and confirm the map and format still exist.
• Recreate or repair the map, then rerun.
