What it means

onpload cannot find the date strings for the language in use, so it cannot convert dates.

Common causes

The locale or CLIENT_LOCALE/DB_LOCALE names a language whose locale files are not installed.

What to do

Set a locale that exists on the host, or install the locale files; then rerun.
