Oninit® BLT — Try It
Upload a small Informix 4GL bundle — one or more .4gl source files, optionally with matching .per form specs and/or .sql DDL — and BLT recovers the functional specification. You get the same code_spec.json the local binary emits, plus the human-readable spec.md narrative, rendered live against your input.
What happens
| Output | Detail |
|---|---|
| code_spec.json | Result renders inline below the form — the LLM-feedable JSON projection with screens, functions, workflows, prompts, messages, and the rest of the ble-code-spec-v1 schema. Downloadable as a file. |
| spec.md | The audit-trail Markdown render, downloadable as a file. Sourced from the same evidence facts; complements code_spec.json. |
Limits
| Limit | Detail |
|---|---|
| Total upload size | Capped at 10 MB |
| File types accepted | .4gl / .4ge / .per / .sql |
| Runtime | Each conversion is wall-clock-bounded (30 seconds) |
| Use case | The demo is provided for evaluation. For codebases you process regularly, run the downloaded binary locally — identical output, no upload, no size cap. |
Privacy
| Aspect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Retention | Uploads are processed in a per-request temporary directory and deleted as soon as the run finishes. |
| Storage | Your source files are never written to permanent storage, and results are not cached on the server — they exist only in your browser, so download them before leaving the page. |
| Logging | The contents of your files are not logged, and the demo service keeps no request log. |
| Customer IP | Your 4GL source is your intellectual property. The demo is for evaluation use only — do not upload third-party code you are not licensed to share. |
| For sensitive work | Run the downloadable binary locally. Source never leaves your machine. |
