As long as you're running 64-bit on AIX you should be fine. 32-bit presents
some unique memory configuration issues to maximize shared memory
allocation.

Yeah 32-bit Informix Solaris allows 3.75Gb of shared memory.
Apparently they could have allow the rest but what is 6%?
If anyone knows how to search for the phase 6% on google can they let
me know, i can't find the article
that mentions this!
