This means that your Delphi/Visual Basic/Whatever program can also access the SQLCA structure by using a Stored Procedure like this: CREATE PROCEDURE GetSerialNumber() RETURNING integer; RETURN DBINFO('sqlca.sqlerrd1'); END PROCEDURE Cheers, Kerry S
