Newera 3.11 Application Server

I've installed NE 3.11 App Server on my Solaris 2.6 box. When I use appgo to start a p-code program it complains with "libc internal error: _rmutex_unlock: rmutex no held." I get the same message with an appgo -V. Any ideas? Has anyone got Newera to work with GNU C on Solaris ?
