endless loop open cursor without free it

Dear All... I have a question about error -208 ... in IDS 11.50.uc6 in RedHat 5.X !! Somethimes my team member forget to free cursor in an endless loop(in php) : while(1){ declare cursor ; open cursor ; //just forget close and free the cursor } as I remember , in IDS 7.31 that will crash engine , today , I encountered the same problem , IDS 11.50.uc6 give error -208 instead of crash ....both with the same 4G RAM , Is that because different engine cause the different result ?! Or it is because the effect of someonconfig's parameters ?! Can I stop supplying the memory to a single sesssion if that session ask too many resources ?!
