Onstat -g was not available in version 5.X. In fact, there is no "onstat" in 5.X
(drives me crazy to work on this version), it is "tbstat". Nor were there any
sessions that could be removed (in 5.0 they were "users").
They could run tbstat -a | grep b_00014 to see if there is anything with that
address. Onstat -k should show if there are any locks left around. Best bet would
be to shut the server down, then retry the drop database after bringing it back up.
