Mailing-list housekeeping, not an Informix technical issue. A member complained that his own posts to the IIUG ids@iiug.org list never come back to him, although other subscribers receive them. Art Kagel thought there was a forum/list option suppressing copies of your own posts but couldn't locate the setting; others reported the same behaviour for years, and one suggested the recipient's mail server may be filtering the messages as possible impersonation. A separate poster found his posting problem had been an IP block, now cleared. No definitive fix for the original complaint is recorded.

Yes, is working well, I see them too, the old ip address must have been blocked at the iiug mail server.
