Yes, IDS v73x and above does. It's very useful if you use a product such as Lawson, who want you not to run UPDATE STATISTICS but provides optimiser hints in case you do. With hints, you can fully optimise your distributions for MIS reports whilst allowing applications which think they know best to specify their own paths.
