Anand With 7.30, you can do set table <tablename> memory_resident and set table <tablename> non_resident Syncing the copy in memory to the one on disk is done automatically at checkpoint time in the normal way. You can also do this for indexes and fragments. Davin Hi, Can i explicitly ask Informix to load a table into Shared-Memory?
