7.2 vs 5.0 - some quick questions

Hi there, I'm still working on the replies to my previous performance questions...thanks to all who took the time to answer! Well, new problem: we'll have to update to 7.2 (and HP-UX 10.10, for that matter). As a first step, we'd like to install a runtime and see wether the applications are still running. Is this - hmm, stupid or what? Do you have any experiences? What is there generally to say, comparing 5.0 and 7.2 in terms of reliability, performance, enhancements etc.? How long did it take you to migrate? (hours, days or what??? 8^O) I know these questions may have been asked some hundred times but all I could find in the faq was a comparision between 4.0 and 6.x/7.x. Thanks in advance, Daniel
