Can't install IDS 7.3 on NT

We are trying to install IDS 7.3 on NT but got the following error: "Failed to create directory or copy CITParam.ini" (right after selecting "typical installation") Did anyone run into this problem? Is it something really obvious or do I have to reinstall NT (again!)? Thanks in advance! Phuoc Ho
