These kind of problems are not easy to solve ..since this obviously has happened because a SEGV has happened on a memory address ... I would suggest opening up a case with support and sending them the file /dat/db_store/informix/crash/af.41946f8 since that file will contain the stack trace of the failing thread and they'll be able to help you with that ...
