Hello, It use to work one year ago but I don't remember on which IDS version ... now, on 11.5FC2 it is not. What returns is the cache 'ceiling' eg Assuming the cache is 20, then if .currval between 1 and 20 => it returns 20; if .currval between 21 and 40 => it returns 40; Regards, E.Ionescu PS A 'shortcut' would have been oncheck -pt database:sequence_name
