Ontape vs. ONBAR?

Hello all of you out here in newsgroup land. I'm confused about something and the subject names it. Why would I use one of these backup utilities over the other? What's the difference? I've dug into the books a little bit, although not completely in-depth, but I am still puzzled. And where do the graphical Backup and Restore utilities fit into all this (I run ODS on NT4) TIA for your advice, Eric Gavin
