This oninit no. process set in onconfig.xxx file for each instance.
Pl find below mentioned parameter in onconfig file.
OFF_RECVRY_THREADS 10 # Default number of offline worker
Its also required.

That's normal. Based on your insatnce configuration, you'll see a handful
of oninit processes.
However, I'm not sure if you're trying to bring up an existing instance with
oninit -i. That'll initialize your instance and you'll lose everythingyou have done including any databases you created.
