Onload does outputs pages, so its faster, however it does not compress
the pages and remove deleted rows as dbexport would do. Dbexport will
only export rows. Dbimport will also rebuild all your indexes, onload
will use the old indexes. I would use Onload if I did not need the database
compressed or indexes rebuilt.
