Hi, Please excuse the vagueness of my question ;-) We have a chance to pick up a "free" copy of Informix. I've talked to the person who has the software, and all he knows is he has Informix Online server, Embedded SQL/C, and ISQL. No version numbers (it's all in a warehouse somewhere). It was purchased in January 97, and he's guessing it is whatever was the current version at the time. My problem is the S/W is definitely for Solaris 2.4. We're running 2.5 on Ultra-1s. Does anyone know if this definitely will or will not work under the newer OS? (I'm having minor problems now with some local software on Solaris 2.6 vs 2.5, and I've recompilied the source.
