No, the NT versions only have the command line utilities not onmonitor.
The functions of onmonitor are available using:
onparams, onspaces, ontape, onmode, and onstat. The ONCONFIG file can
be edited with any ASCII editor (ala notepad) and the ONLY thing you
cannot do without onmonitor is change the LTAPEDEV parameter and have
it take effect while the engine is online (perhaps the NT release has
a utility for this, or an option to onparams etc I son't know).
