Replication Problems

ids 9.4fc4 hp 11i pa-risc 64 bit We attempted to start replication on 7 tables. When we did this our processing went completely in the ditch. We went from using 25 (200 meg each) logical logs to using over 300 (200 meg each) logical logs for a normal nights processing. On the cdr replicate we used --fullrow n but that didn't seem to matter. We were filling up each 200 meg logical log in under 10 seconds. Which is a major problem because it takes us 30 seconds to back each of those logs up. Is this a normal occurance with replication???
