sqlcmd package

I've got such support - and BOOLEAN and LVARCHAR, in my development code. You can contact me if you'd like to use it. It hasn't been stress-tested enough yet for comfort, so any help you give will be gratefully received. Oh, and there are various bits of support that are not as complete as they need to be; for example, the type decoding manages INT8/SERIAL8 but not boolean or lvarchar.
