Upgrading 4GL code/engines

We are thinking of upgrading an existing application that we have. It was developed using 4GL RDS and runs using the SE (1.10.03F/2.10.0.3F) Is it even feasible to go to a higher version??? What version would we be able to upgrade to with the least amount of trouble? What would be some of the major ramifications? What would the cost be of the version we would go to (RDS/SE...) any advice would be greatley appreciated. -Andrew
