Multiple Residency Problem solved - Thanks

Thanks to every one who responded to my problem. The solution seems to be that SHMVIRTSIZE and SHMADD were set slightly too high (18300 and 16384 respectively). I set them back to 16384 and 8192 respectively, based on the default values of 8192 and 8000 in onconfig.std. My reasoning was that although these databases are larger than the average database instance addressed by onconfig.std, but not really production level databases, I went somewhat midway. Anyway both of them are up now. Thanks again. BTW, all my kernel parameters that are recommended in the release notes are well within the actual kernel settings. SHMBASE is set to both as 0x0 (find available location). I will investigate the Tuned Parameter set for General OLTP/DB Monolithic system with my SysAdmin to see if that will help. Thanks Sujit Pal
