Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

We have a system with 54 million records. Building an index takes over 12
hours. Is this an acceptable time or do we have a problem? it seems extreme
to me!
The system is a 4 pentium pro running AT&T unix with I believe 128 meg of
ram and something like 72 Gig of harddrives.
I don't work on this system, but wondered if it should really take that
long.
Thanks Shannon
