-922 Cannot get name of current working directory.

I am running IDS 7.23.UC7 on HPUX 10.20 and a certain filesystem (mount point) cannot run dbaccess without getting error code 922. I've checked permissions on the directory and it has full permissions. Is it possible that the filesystem has issues?
