Informix Error Message -9648
Hello, Does somebody know what is meaning of error message -9648? IBM Informix-Connect 2.90 Find Error don't contains this error code. With regards Leo
I don't find 9648 either. Are you sure you didn't get 9468 (transpose the 4 and 6)? 9468 is: ============================================================================ -9468 Cannot make UDR connection in non-UDR thread. A UDR connection can be made only from the thread executing a Java UDR. Make sure the connection is not created on a child thread forked by the UDR. ============================================================================ If you really did get a 9648 you'll have to give us a lot more info like version of the Informix database, operating system and what is happening to generate this error. I really did get error code -9648. Informix = IDS 10.00.UC1 OS = Linux RedHat Enterprise Description: Main stored procedure procA calls the stored procedure procB and supplies parameters to this one. Error code is returned from procB by INSERT command. When I run procB standalone with the same parameters, no error returned - INSERT commad is executed correctly. Procedures tracing with TRACE command did get no relevant information for error elimination. Supplied input parameters from procA to procB are correct - I can see that within tracing output file.
