If you are really in a hurry, a great RAD technique is to set up a development environment with a logging database and hack (er, modify) the application until it works. This will give you are far better insight into what the implications of logging are than R'ing any FM. That's of course IMO. No, I didn't forget the H, I just love TLA's. This is fine for standard maintenance type programs. If yours is more complex then testing this kind of hack (er, modification) can get tricky.
