If we do DBexport and DBimport, will all the procedures we work fine for reports or we need to compile again to work
After doing a dbimport, you don't need to compile the procedures again. They
are ready to execute.

If you do a dbexport, make sure that you use the "-ss" option to preserve
the dbspaces, extent sizes, etc.
Remember also that a dbexport only exports the database - you will still
need to set up dbspaces, etc the same as the original server, copy over the
sqlhosts (change as necessary for the new server), copy over the onconfig,
etc.
