DB Anywhere connection to Informix

We are trying to configure DB Anywhere on a NT server. When attempting to connect to our Informix database running on a Unix box, we get the following error message: "attempt to load c:\\dbanywhere server\\bin\\ddinfmx.dll failed with status 126. Verify that all client libraries are installed (32 bit version) and that the path is set correctly."
