Ontape to hard disk

Two related questions. Is it possible to run ontape to output to a unix flat file? The complicating factor is than the DBspace in question is approximately 5 Gb. On a related factor can you onunload to a Unix flat file a Database larger than 2 Gb? Are there any dangers associated with setting the tape size for a flat file to greater than 2Gb or is that just a problem with dbexport? The Engine is 7.2x ODS btw. Regards, Jon
