OnLine not setting cisam code

Our application uses ESQL/C, and was initially developed under Turbo. We have recently ported it to another platform, and are using OnLine on that platform. Multiple administrators can update the database. When a row can not be retrieved for update due to a locked index page, Turbo returns an sqlcode of -246 and a cisam code of -144. However, when this occurs under OnLine, OnLine returns an sqlcode of -246, and a cisam code of 0. The OnLine documentation implies that there will be a cisam code for this sql error. Is there a documented problem with OnLine not setting the cisam code?
