Succinctly, no. DB-Access is not a reporting tool, and if you need
accurate control over formats, then you should be using something other
than DB-Access. Often I'd recommend SQLCMD, but not this time -- it
doesn't provide you with any control over the output format. What it does
try to do, though, is report all the decimal places for the values it is
given.
Which version of DB-Access are you using? The more recent versions have
fixed the output of decimal values so that you don't get just 2 decimal
places regardless of precision etc.
