We currently are running Solaris 8 with IDS9.21UC2. We have filled our disks and need to add external drives with new controllers. Unfortunately Solaris 8 has no drivers for these controllers, so I think we need to upgrade to Solaris 9 + IDS9.4UCxx for compatibility; however I and not certain. Can anyone say whether 9.21UC2 will function with Solaris 9? We would really prefer not to upgrade the IDS software. Bob B
