slow performance

Hi all I am using HP O/S 9.0 with online 5.12 I have received a few complaints from the users that the summary_event table that you queried off. It took them forever to wait for the information to come up. That table has over 1,300,00 rows. I looked at index, and extents. Is there a way to make it running fast? Is there something I overlooked? Thanks in advance for your help Thuc
